About Celtic Chemicals
Celtic Chemicals Ltd manufacture and distribute specialty mineral salts and other specialist chemical based products for niche markets. The company was established in 1976 by three former executives from a major multinational inorganic chemical manufacturer. They initially started trading products before moving into small scale production of high purity inorganic salts for the laboratory reagent sector.
Celtic Chemicals products are sold in solution, crystal and powder forms, based on many elements and transition metals including: Bismuth, Copper, Cobalt, Manganese and Zinc. Celtic Chemicals now own a purpose built two acre site near Port Talbot, South Wales.
The site comprises warehousing facilities, a fully equipped inorganic analysis lab and a 4000 sq ft production area. Celtic Chemicals focus on the sale of our manufactured range of products to the lab reagent, metal / surface finished and passive component industries plus the distribution of Nutritional / Pharmaceutical products from trusted Global Partners.
Nutritional products are sold to recognized Pharmacopoeias or food standards, Celtic Chemicals manufactured range is analysed to customer specifications. Both strictly adhere to current EU regulations on packaging and transport of dangerous goods, GHS Chip labelling and MSDS compilation. All aspects of quality are strictly monitored under the company’s continuing accreditation with ISO9001.2000.
